I agree. Some of the trails are not the easiest and really get your adrenalin up. All those switchbacks and steep areas are what make it difficult.
    This is also good BSing!

    Yes it is

When we were coming down a old Chevy tried moving out the way to let us go back down and pop steering fluid everywhere and says I'm loosing my brakes. Reverse didn't seem to make it go anywhere also. So the runner with winch saved the day. I hated driving in reverse back up I couldn't see where I was going.
I think almost sliding into trees was the craziest part

Don't you love selling things and being able to pocket like 80% of it and do whatever you want with it. Kind of like my PSP vita, Nintendo Wii and possibly my MacBook Pro :D

You guys are starting to spam, that's not BS. Try to keep it at a minimum, especially with random emoticons because no one has posted. As OST has stated, not many can keep up, so increase your post counts else where. I can barely keep up with how busy I am lately, and I hate reading 20 pages to see if a question I answered or responded to was answered, which in turn makes me barely want to keep track of this thread.

Please keep the spam out and random posts to a minimum. Thanks

    My definition of Spam is:

    1) mass messaging that contains a web address that is attempting to persuade you to sign up or purchase there service and or goods.
    2) that gross ass canned meat that Hawaiians eat. :D

I'm glad I only had to read 3 pages to catch up opposed to 15 lol.

Bry- lets add the anytime fogs mod to the Tundy....it's a slightly different layout.

Hey bob, or OST I'm sure you might know. How does capital Gaines tax effect me if I sell my current house before two years. And how much does it drop after the two years of owning the house?

Pay full tax before 2 years, pay no tax after 2 yrs (unless you actually make gains of greater than 250k)

Exclude gains of 250k single 500k joint if owned as primary res for 2 of the last 5 years.

That's my understanding, but I'm the furthest thing from a CPA so grain of salt and all.
