    Devin you awake? I ffffffuuuu rolled my ankle bad, I plan to wait until the clinic opens in the AM instead of having to go to the ER. I'm pretty sure it's just sprained cuz I can walk, sorta... haha. Rolled it to the outside and I can't move it more then a couple inches up and down, left and right I can't move at all

    Yea waiting on my appointment now, iced it most of the night, still swollen pretty bad and hurts like a bitch. I'm sure it'll be a "take 2 of these and call me in the morning" which is why I avoid the army clinics as much as I can haha

    Just hope you didn't break anything I race motox and hare and hound scrambles and roll my ankle etc. all the time. Just R.I.C.E. (Rest Ice Compression Elevation) it and it will be good in a week or two, but broken ankle take forever to heal because all the moving bits. Can you you move it at all? Put weight on it?

    I've broken this ankle in 3 places before and had a temporary pin in.
    I sprain it probably once a year it seems ha. I have more mobility than yesterday, it's super tight like the ligaments are strained. Little movement up an down, about an inch left to the inside and can't move to the right at all. I can hobble on it, that's about it for weight.

    Sprained it and said I strained the ligament on the outside of my ankle, gave me meds and sent me on my way. Go figure
