Yes they're BAMF... no they are not bent. completely saved my rocker panels and the kickouts saved a rock from hitting my bedside. Well worth the wait. New coat of paint and good as new.

I feel like it would take alot more than hitting them on a rock to bend these things. Like maybe getting t-boned by a dump truck

That's the exact reason why I prefer sliders that stick pretty far out...at least as far as the furthest point of the door. I know a lot of people that are really into all these tucked in sliders because they look a little cleaner but it's situations like that where you want them to push your truck away from the rock.

And I had a laugh cause I was on Kane with you Noah and I was like "man that kid only looks like he's 16" and I was close! 17! lol

 

Lol yeah some people dont like kickouts. Either way is better than no sliders I have learned.

And yeah Im really gettin up there! Nowhere near Gramps though.

 

Initially I wanted some kickouts but then I was worried they'd get caught up on stuff. Back when I was looking there were only like one or two companies that had just barely started producing them and I had never seen then in action so just stuck with what I knew.

Sold my M9, not sure I would hit it on my Nomad, but would have to look at it.

Sol Vista still has the biggest shit in the state though, the jumps at the beginning were 30, 40 and 50 feet, they were rad.

I'd be down to ride WP for a meet, I'd have to rent a bike though, got rid of my DH bike a couple months back. I hit drops at WP, but that one looks like it could be pretty big

It has been close to 16yrs since I ran DH at Winter Park on my 10 spd street bike.

I think I will set up the first aid station for you guys and try not drink all of the anesthesia.

I did that a few times at Monarch, not nearly as big, and I wrecked in high school, hard... my shoulder is still jacked up and I haven't been on DH since haha
