    Just a quick PSA for everyone here to check their breasts or have their loved ones check them (or hell, get proficient at checking them for them :D ) tonight and regularly. I found myself in the Dr's office last night with my wife after a lump was found and, thankfully, we got a bill of good health and a simple and non-threatening diagnosis to what could have otherwise been something scary. With what I'm going through right now with my mom's cancer it was really the last thing I wanted to go through x2 with the two most important women in my life. Check & get checked early and often. That is all. Thank you.
