Welcome. I too am up in Littleton nearby should you need anything. PS78 "The Rancher" also lives in Highlands Ranch and I believe he has a rack in his bed and carries bikes and board on it. Phil you out there?

Welcome!!! Yeah I have the inno rack setup that you want. Lemme know if you have questions, I don't haul bikes with that setup but you totally could with a tray style rack from rockymounts. I use my inno setup for a set of fatcat ski racks and a Yakima rocket box 14. Lemme know and you can come check out the whole thing before you purchase if you want.

    From the news:
Despite confirmation that a Walmart Neighborhood Market will open in Boulder, activists continue their efforts to keep the major retailer out of their city.

South Fork is now under evacuation. I don't know how many of you have driven down here, but the beetle kill around Wolf Creek Pass has been pretty bad the past couple of years. I'd say it's almost as bad as the area between Ft Collins and Steamboat. There is an amazing amount of fuel all over and the drought isn't helping. It's been more of a when with regards to fire instead of if. Really feel for the folk living to the east of my place. Here's a couple more pics from the local papers:

Heard there was little to no chance of saving the town of south fork

South Fork's about seven hour's drive south-southwest of Denver. Take 285 south and turn west at 160. I'm hoping they'll be able to protect the town. I heard the evacuation was due to health concerns from the smoke. Of course they said the Wolf Creek Ski area wasn't in any danger five days ago. The rough terrain and dry conditions around there.... man.

pic taken last night from a flight from LAX to NYC

This picture was posted by a reader of . He was on an NYC-LAX flight Thursday night and flew near the West Fork Fire. The smaller plume of smoke in the foreground is from the Windy Pass fire near . This fire didn't spread too much and the ski area is still safe. The massive plume of smoke and pyrocumulus clouds is from the main West Fork Fire. Eric Norton, Fire Behavior Analyst for the NIMO Team, said “The fire behavior we saw Thursday was so extreme, it was undocumented and unprecedented.” The fire more than doubled in size going from 12,001 acres to close to 29,000 acres on Thursday. The town of South Fork is being evacuated. Hoping that nobody gets hurt and loss of structures is minimized. That said, fire is a natural occurrence in Colorado and this one was started by lightning and burning beetle kill trees. Doesn't get much more natural than that. Here's a link to all active fires in the state: https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=...d=215563989566450268982.0004c328de8016253230a
