In completely unrelated news (thankfully) today is day 2 of my juice diet. Weighed myself yesterday morning and again the same time this morning and I'm down 3.8lbs. Just weighed myself again (out of curiosity) and it looks like I'm already down a couple more pounds today. I've heard that day three is the hardest so we'll see how it goes. Not too much hunger really and none of the other reported potential side effects like headaches (still have never had a headache in my life.. must be lacking the required equipment or something) and what not. About the only difference is that your drive for food changes in ways that are difficult to explain. Like when you see a commercial for food that you otherwise might not even notice or think much about your mouth starts to salivate and you start to taste that food. Example: Taco Bell commercial where the guy takes a bite out of the cheesy burrito and the cheese squeezes out... I can feel the cheese and taste the burrito. It's weird. Other than that it's been fine. The plan is to ditch a bunch of weight to try to get back to my fighting weight and then ease back into healthier eating and exercise. I guess we'll see how it goes.

Not sure if I'll be able to man. I basically keep an eye on events and if I can make it I go. The way my life is these days with my mom's situation and the dog's situation I really can't commit in advance as my plans change on a whim these days. The wheelin' expedition was a whim actually and had Travis not texted me with an open seat at 7:00am I likely wouldn't have gone. It's just too hard for me to plan stuff. Even this last Sunday I put myself as a maybe and then had to bail beforehand to help my mom out so it's hard to say. I may show up and I may not. I guess you'll just have to be surprised. :D

You should weigh yourself first thing in the morning for a "true weight" from what I understand. Sean probably has more insight than myself

Question: Was there really cause to handcuff a guy that was only taking cell phone video from behind the scene of whatever?

Seems to me like he was making some sort of disturbance, the cops told him to leave and he didn't, so probably arrested him for something along those lines. Maybe interfering with an investigation or something...but I'm no cop lol

    Yep!

And I don't believe in the juice dieting...while it may work temporary, it's not long term....you probably aren't getting enough macros nor a variety of micros in...and as soon as you touch some decent food you may put it back on..what you're probably losing is now water than anything...just my .02 though from what I've seen and heard. Hopefully Im wrong.

Yes. Obstruction and he was walking aggressively toward the officers - so officer safety until they deem it safe.

Edit: Aaron can probably answer this better than I can.....I post one link and a few pages worth of debates occur...good discussions though.

So I just sold my stock rims and tires to a 1st genner for $650.
The guy seemed really nice and didn't give me the hassle that a lot of craigslisters like to, so I offered to put them on his truck for him. Took me about 10mins with air tools. Afterwards, he gave me his 1st gen alloys and tires.

Haha, the wife is gonna be pissed when she gets home. I told her I was getting them out of the garage this evening.

    Not really.

    Start with the basics
    -lean meats
    -mixture of carbs
    -healthy fats

.....most importantly, stay consistent...enjoy yourself once a week....for a meal...not a day. I don't prescribe free plans anymore as too many have taken advantage and never follow through.

Visiting the wife's parent and they have friends here from CZ. They are speaking Chec so my contribution to the conversation is very little. And it is past my bed time. :-(
