For as much money I just sunk into my front end and as dismantled as it is, I should have just SAS'd it :|

 

Day 5 and over 11lbs lost.

The in-laws just came into town to take me to lunch for my birthday since due to weather they couldn't take me out (January) but I had to send them off with the wife instead. Rain check I guess. Had they come down yesterday or the day before I probably would have 'cheated' and eaten a meal but today I'm not really even that hungry so it was tempting but not as much as it could have been. It seems that the weight loss has slowed a little bit which was expected. I'm still well ahead of schedule so I'm anxious to see how things progress. I noticed that my shorts/pants already fit better and I'm one notch tighter on my belt w/o even straining so things are headed in the right direction.

The all juice thing scares me a bit but it might take something drastic like this to wake me up. Plus we have one of these in the kitchen pantry:

 

That's a good juicer. Yeah, the thought scared me too but like you said, might just be the jolt to the system my body needed. I started a thread on a firearm thread today and am catching all kinds of grief from people who say I'm an idiot. Whatever. I'd rather be a 230lb idiot than a 300lb genius.

 

Had to get a whole new one which was like $440 with a $150 or something core charge and going to go ahead and get new tie rods. My other ones are decent but might as well not put back in old stuff. Theres hardly anything left on the front currently so could have just tossed in an axel lol

 

Congo-rats Ost! Inspiring enough that I think I'm trying this before the weekend is out. .. need to do my research & homework first before starting. Are you limiting yourself on Bolthouse flavors... like sticking to the Green Goddess or anything like that? Have you added any additional activities/exercise/etc as a boost?
