Thanks. I wouldn't recommend something this extreme for people who are looking to lose 10-20lbs or so. It's not the healthiest way to go about weight loss but I think if done properly you can minimize the potential risks. I just cringe at the thought of people using something like this to burn a few pounds. I could stand to lose 70lbs or more & still be an above average weight dude so I think for me it makes sense. Hit up YouTube. Lot's of info there. I found this one black chick that did it that us gorgeous so it made watching her videos easy. lol. I think she was 188lbs when she started & when she was done was around the 150lb mark. She's since posted videos about her new eating habits. Another Hispanic guy was 333lbs when he started a 100 day diet & finished at 223lbs! He's also posted salad recipe videos & such since so it really seems like for some people this us the catalyst to getting healthy.

As for juices I drank some Odwalla juices but they weren't as tasty or healthy. The Naked juices to me don't taste as good either. I drink all the Bolthouse Farms except for the protein & coffee ones. I'm starting to dislike the Berry one because I'm not a fan of raspberry & it's strong. The Multi-V one is incredible & the cherry taste is outstanding. The Goodness ones are all good & Green Goodness is my favorite. The carrot on tastes like hot dirt but it is a welcomed break from the sweat ones once that's all you're drinking. Just try them all & see what you like.

Yeah Ost I have about....um....30-40 I'd like to drop at least. I've drank Bolthouse for years so I know what's my faves. I've looked up some YouTube links but haven't been home much in the last few days to actually watch them. I've already started down the healthier eating road & increased water/fluids intake (unsweet decaf &/or herbal teas).

Not really. ...the over/under 2-3lbs fluctuation is all I've seen so far. I'm fighting against a pissy thyroid too.

Gotta be the chick that's all lips...she's about as annoying as it gets...PASS! Just finished watching the Fat Sick & Nearly Dead movie and have to say I'm on the impressed side. Grocery store trip tomorrow indeed. I already have a fridge full of fresh veggies so I think I'll finish those up (and my few cups of yogurt) as the only solid foods over the weekend and then just start on either Naked or Bolthouse (or whatever's on sale haha). I'm going to take the approach of "one day at a time" and see how long I can go that way...not setting a certain length to do this...let the days add up on their own. Looks like Nature's Oasis has the only advertised juice bar in town, unless going the smoothie route.
