Here's what I did if you're looking for more simple: I bought tons of juice and I drink it when I feel hungry. I drink water the others times of the day. I don't track anything and it's working well for me. Could I get better results being super strict with everything? Maybe. Am I happy with my worry-free juice diet the way I've been doing it? You betcha.

 

Thus, my inclusion of the word "IF".... I pretty much did the same thing today, enough juice that should last me a few days, enough veggies to test out my current kitchen equipment (and to see if I want to invest that kind of time/effort) and/or to snack on if I want to go that route.

 

Ok, good. If you wanted to do it I didn't want you to be discouraged by the structure of what you read since that's not necessary to do the diet.

 

Pretty psyched about my success with the "backup camera anytime mod" today.

ehhh... I could talk to scotty at Addicted Off Road. But he might not be in till Monday. And Im not positive well have one in the parts pile.

 

Yea part seems unreachable till monday and truck has been down a day already

well his getting the part tomorrow morning its been up there since yesterday. Id drive but after looking at it (online) I dont think my truck would go up in one piece
