    Yeah when I bought it, it was only on the market for 7days and it had like 10 offers. Hopefully it's the same this time around. We actually went a little higher than I wanted so when they make an offer a few thousand under they feel they are getting a good deal.


    Yeah I'm lower than most in the area. So we shall see.
