I suppose it's possible but I haven't been sleeping regularly and in fact the couple of days leading up to the weight loss I had gotten pretty shitty sleep and hadn't done as much exercise as the few days prior. I'm just going to keep being healthy and hope the trend continues. I was talking to a buddy at lunch today about increasing the cardio when I get time to include jogging (god I hate jogging) and eventually some HIIT to make sure the cardiovascular system is up to snuff. Once I'm comfortable with that I can start to work in some Crossfit and/or boxing type classes I've seen advertised lately. My buddy is going to do one of the boxing/cardio training classes and it's $50 per month and you can go as many times as you want. They do a power hour where you do a 15min warm-up, 30min kick your ass then 15min cool down & abs. Something more along the lines of HIIT like that or Crossfit is what I want to get into. I boxed when I was younger and my god is that a workout. I still think I would have more fun with Crossfit though.

Meg! Yes! lol Am I the only one who thinks Meg is actually kinda hot? I think it's funny how they (the family and even strangers) constantly act like she looks like a hideous monster when she's pretty normal looking.

Ohhh... great idea! Amanda has brown hair but it's too long to pull that off. She has lots of wigs though so maybe she has one that will work.

Omfg its like the devil is sitting on my face! SOB! And bright red and blotchy. It's not the stuff you guys are thinking of lol. It's for tanning. Makes your skin tingle and helps the blood come to the surface or something to help tan better.
