    You got to lay your sod new right? That would have been nice. I am still dealing with neglect from the last owner. Can't blame her though she was the original owner and was elderly. I guess the home sat for a year while she was moved to assisted living and eventually passed. This is our third summer here and the changes I made with the lawn have really helped. For sure the best in the neighborhood this year but I will reserve my state claim until you show me some pics. :)

    Yeah, we started with a clean slate but the soil here is garbage. I use the term 'soil' loosely because it's mostly dusted clay & shale. It's fucking awful. I have to feed regularly to keep it strong enough to resist all the weeds that blow in from the neighbors yards who don't know dick 1 about lawn maintenance. I have to mow again tomorrow morning so I'll post a picture then since you got to post a freshly trimmed yard to keep things fair. If my yard was your size I'd cut each blade individually with a pair of freshly sharpened sheers. :D
