Day 24ish since breaking the juice fast check-in:

    Starting Weight: 290.8
    Current Weight: 263.6
    Previous Weight: 264.8
    Lost since yesterday: 1.2
    Total Weight lost: 27.8
    Most Weight lost: 27.8
    Lowest Weight: 263.6
    Lost since fast: 3.8

I haven't done an update for a while although I've been tracking daily and keeping up with the diet and exercise so I'm not sure on the days but I'm thinking 24 since I broke the fast. I continue to lose weight but it's at a much slower pace now and the little things play more of a part as some days I will go up a pound or two and then other days I go down a pound or two. With adding more walk into my days I notice that the down days appear to be more consistent. Go figure, more exercise equals more fat burnt. lol At any rate my weight is now my new low and it looks like that's going to keep trending downward so there's no reason to include the lowest weight stats in the update figures since I added that when I ended the fast as I started to gain a few pounds to track what my low was so I could get back to it. It feels good to be losing weight while eating food. I haven't strayed from the diet plan and still feel like I could't have done this w/o the juice fast.

I wish I did man. I haven't fished since I lived in Nebraska many many years ago. I got a couple rods/reels & some tackle as well as a couple of fishing licenses this summer for A and I to do some fishing but haven't yet had a chance to get out. There's a couple of lakes to too far from our house (Lake Loveland) and I've heard it's decent. We were just walking the dogs around them last night in fact and there was a couple of people fishing them. Not real big but I think people pull fish out of them. There's also a couple of other places I see people fishing at but not as many this year. Not sure if that's due to less fish or what. I'm hoping that we can go sooner than later and at least use our fishing licenses once before next year.

I wonder if we would have more luck at Lake Loveland, or Horse-tooth?

I couldn't tell you man as I don't have any first hand experience. Not sure how the fishing is up at Horsetooth as I haven't even been up there to see how many people are fishing in quite a while.

Yeah we were pretty lucky with Tango. He left it alone for the most part so no "Cone of shame" needed.
Ha ha. You will be in agony and will not want to touch yourself. :D

Sweet! I always like to see a well maintained lawn. Yeah history says our property was once part of a dairy farm. The land was a grazing yard. So I have plenty of past "fertilizer" in the soil. :D

Took these this morning. You might rethink your sharpened sheers process for mowing. :)

I had a feeling it was bigger than your original picture I was just giving you a hard time since you cherry picked your best section that was 4x7 to showcase your lawn. :p
