Waiting for the buyers realtor to get her shit together we were to close a few days ago but she is not smart. Gonna try again for this Friday. The buyers will be homeless with no place to stay if if does not close Friday and that's all on their realtor.

 

If they still screw it up have your realtor add a provision to charge them rent until you can get closed. They will not be homeless and you make some more cash.

 

Made a trip up to Toytec today and they replaced my shock for free under warranty. They even disassembled it and put it back together for us. They're awesome!

 

Damn bike race, Steamboat's such a mess.
