Haha, I would still have the taco if I could swing it. But not having the truck payment every month makes a huge difference. Would have had to sell it eventually anyway. There's no way I would have sas's the limo.

One thing that is awesome about it is that everything is just so simple. No ABS, no airbags, no where near as many sensors all over the place. I was able to completely remove the entire interior and take apart the dash in 20 minutes. The only thing I don't like is the multitude of vacume lines under the hood.

 

Wait till you wheel it, you can see some much better along with the size factor

Yeah, I can tell that difference already with just trying to park it at starbucks, LOL. The limo was pain sometimes.

Probably not going to stick those axles under this little guy. I do like the size of it for wheeling though. However, if I'm going to spend the time and money on one ton axles, I would prefer to put them under the 4.0L and A750F transmission like the taco has.

Yeah, that's a consideration, too. My wife is not wild on me having two vehicles. She's not one for excess and thinks I should find a way to have just one vehicle and live with it. (I also want to rebuild a "73 corvette after the crawler so that would make 3 in total, LOL)

If I have to, I'll get a 4th gen runner and build it so that I can DD it with carseats and tackle the bigger trails.

On schedule, they started cashing checks so they better be on time! Had to pick new cabinets because they switched companies. The cabinets look identical to the ones I picked before haha.

 

I hope you used Tharp Cabinets.
