    Everyone was talking about snow and this was about what I was expecting. Just cold and wind with a little bit of rain/sleet/hail overnight. It's perfect meat smokin' weather! :cool:

    You need a cold smoke adapter to smoke salmon since it calls for cold smoke and I don't have it. I may get one someday but am not sure how much it would get used to justify the $100 price tag.

    OMG! I totally forgot about that until you mentioned it. Holy Shiite Muslim that was funny! I knew I recognized him from somewhere but was pretty sure we didn't run with the same people. I'm pretty sure i wouldn't be allowed through the door.

    BTW, if you've yet to see it make sure you check out Rob & Big. That was the predecessor to Fantasy Factory and was WAY funnier IMO.
