i probably wont grind the whole bumper, just the rusty spots and spots that are chipping away. then primer the living crap out of it and spray on bedliner and call it good.

I will then be calling you to turn on the heater in the garage and help me swap it out with beers in hand of course!! bob said he might be interested in hanging out for an afternoon too

 

That was totally me. I was late for a meeting cause I couldn't get pictures to post on a thread. Life is about priorities.

as an unmarried man i can only assume that means "yes dear, you need that. and while you're at it you should put 35's on it"


because in my experience women always say the opposite of what they mean and expect you to act accordingly

Dude you know women work. Like when they say nothing's wrong, something is. So when she says "hell no" that means "hell yeah you should totally buy that!"

 

maybe he mistakenly told her it was a hummer?

 

That's if you ask to do anal and she says hell no, the natural settling point for negotiations is obviously oral.
In all seriousness, until she gets scared like i did on her bike, there will be no changing her mind. The choice of what to do with my bike is up to me but I will have to sleep on this. I would rather wait for something that already had a solid front.

 

I just gave her the play by play on what happened since I first posted the dilemma and she is insisting that I let you guys know that she bought the bike for me a few years back. Maybe the choice isn't mine after all.

Word. I think Noah needs some garage therapy too. I asked for a better heater for the garage you guys better hope I get one. :-D

 

You two need a weekend getaway next spring on your bikes. Enjoy the time and let it help you evaluate whether or not you really want the bikes in the future. Get someone to babysit so you do NOT have the kids. Being away from them will also tug on the heart strings a bit and might help sway a decision to get rid of the bikes and get something more family friendly.

 

I'm sure I could find a thing or two to fiddle around with on my truck

 

It's all good man, you 2 will figure something out that works for the 2 of you. I have been thinking about getting rid of my bike, since I only rode it once this year. I have been looking at side by sides, I know I would use one of those way more then my harley.

 

I once went almost 6 months without owning a motorcycle.


Worst 6 months of my life!

I met a nice attractive young lady today.
