Its not about if you can justify it or not, its whether you believe or reasonably believe that you or a third party are in fear of eminent great bodily harm or you know or reasonably believe that the other person is about to or is using physical force and other force is not adequate.

    I just got the truck on Friday and put the Performance Exhaust on it today. The truck only has 400 miles on it..
