    And wtf, just found out we had an employee walk out today...except they didn't know for a while because she went out the back door! :facepalm: I guess phones were ringing and customers were waiting and she was just standing there so they were like "um, can you help answer phones and check in people?" and she said she was uncomfortable with checking in people. :confused: Then she disappeared and they noticed her locker was empty a few hours later. She would also cry about things regularly. Mind you this girl is 23...

    She was one of 3 new recent hires. One of them we fired because we caught her trying to steal deposits and the other we fired because she was resetting beds without cleaning. Wtf is wrong with kids these days? We had 80 applicants and they got picked and still don't perform. Believe or not one of our best employees is a 14 year old girl.

    That's will I'll be working until I find a job. They like me and I don't put up with their crap. lol "Their" being the junk employees we get on occasion. The other ones are really good.

    Not cleaning a bed is instant termination. We keep everything spotless so customers noticed immediately.
