Brian, your weekend looked just like mine ha ha ha



hauled all in all about 3.5 yards of dirt for a friends raised garden bed, and this flower bed.

the last load i had to use my truck and the guy in the front end loader swore that this was 3/4 a yard

 

probably is... 3/4 of a yard is ~20 cuft. 5'x4'x1' is 20 cuft.

 

hmmm, then i wonder if it was more, since i was probably more than 1 foot high in the bed. I was impressed that i wasnt riding on the bump stops all the way to the house

 

Looks good Phil. And yeah that's pretty close. I use to load truck with a loader before I moved to a asphalt plant. It's not easy to get it exact. But they can get within 1/4 yard or 1/4 ton. Look on the bright side he didn't get it on the cab!

 

this is true!! he was very good at loading the dirt into my truck as to not load it all at once and slam the weight down quickly on my leaf packs!! the day before i watched a different guy drop a yard and a half into the back of a full size and bounce the truck pretty good

Silver crown landscape down off highlands ranch parkway and santa fe. Its in the Murdocks parking lot and was by far the cheapest place we found. I spent $24 bucks a yard on amended top soil.
