I suppose this shows what I know about horse racing. I thought that was the existing rule, if you don't run in the 1st & the 2nd you can't run in the 3rd. The owner is dead on, that Belmont race was total BS.

Said it was unfair for his horse to be required to run all three races when everyone else can pick and choose. The winner didn't race in the other two if I recall. Said it was the cowards way out.

It appears California Chrome clipped himself (or another got him) during the race, which may be why he didn't run well. Dang it.

 

Devin - the landscaping is looking good. Are you putting down some top soil before you put the sod down?

 

Went out for some shooting yesterday near Bunce, fog came down which led to some descent pics.

 

I asked that too but just going to till it. All
My neighbors didn't do it and their sod set in nice, so I think it's an added expense. The builder came in and graded my lawn to the drainage points so I can't change any of that.
