My truck is at a big o tire for an alignment before Moab. Wish I could have had someone else do it but I couldn't find anyone else with openings...

Truth! But with as bad as my alignment was I probably would need new tires just from driving there so I think this will save me some money.

On any other "rock crawling" forum, jumping on a slider would get you kicked out the community or forever shunned. Tacoma World is not a rock crawling forum, it barely supports Stay the Trail, so jumping on someones case like this is uncalled for. The general feeling of the community is "at least everyone lived."

I've received negative rep and hostile comments, for asking people to wheel responsibly.

 

The only thing I will add that nobody has seemed to mention is, I have never seen a man shaking so badly afterwards. He had to sit and take a breather for a while because he thought he was a goner.

Over the half the comments (youtube, co4x4, etc) I've received on this video are "the spotter shouldn't be under the truck." As a few of you guys know, the guy hanging on the slider (Chris) is probably one of the best spotters, out of all of the people I wheel with, but this video is a great example of what not to do.

 

Shit happens why keep feeding the fire? now people know if the truck is gonna flop let it flop it can be fixed or replaced people can't! Yes it sucks when that happens, and yes its a lesson learned let it be that and move on Jesus! There is better stuff to get all bent out of shape about than this. Thats why I dont post on here much because of all the trolls that think they know best and want to kick you while your down. Just let them rant and dont add to it. Go wheel go have fun, I just hope because of that one mishap, either of the people involved quit doing it because they are traumatized. That being said I'll go put my soapbox away.
