    My Tundra is a Flex Fuel. I have not tried any E85 yet. The previous owner did and said it worked fine. Not much different.

    I use 87octane in my tundra, the wife uses 85 octane in her jeep. No issues. Try 85 and if the engine is knocking or a little rough then bring it up. Use an injector cleaner every 5,000 to 10,000 miles.

I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.

    Unless it's unavailable I don't use anything other than E-85. No need for injector cleaner as ethanol does that to begin with. It's also cheaper, true I don't go as far per gallon but at $0.75/gal cheaper it's a bargain. My emissions test last March showed that I produce 1/9th as much CO2 vs gasoline. There is also the power advantage, 20% more so I get the power of a V8 out of a 5VZ-FE.
