Sliders take forever to hand sand lol

 

Gotta get all the rust off!!

 

Of course the rust is in all the hard to get spots. And whatever the body shop painted them with made it all weirdly textured haha

 

I know there are ways, but the keys were not in it and the doors were locked, with the windows up. That's what sucks.

 

Do you have an aftermarket alarm or remote start installed?

 

Nope and nope. All factory.

 

Is Old Stage back open yet?

 

Anybody on here good with a welder and would want to weld on my sliders for me? I have beer, money whatever it will take. Let me know. Thanks!

I saw that on there and my first thought was "wtf did my slider pic do to break the rules?" lol

I need to hang out with you more (or once). You win raffles like it's nothing, you get schwag by the bucket loads and even get rewards.

Maybe some of that good fortune will rub off on me.

 

Yeah, kind of a PITA to refinish the sliders that are already welded on the truck.

Do you have any accelerated corrosion occurring on the frame around the gusset welds?
