Nice man. Somehow my mom managed to go fly fishing before I ever got to. Lucky!

 

I went up to Lake Haiyaha today in RMNP didn't catch a damn thing.. Hitting boulder creek tomorrow for a bit of fun if the weather is nice.

Edit- too bad crystal mtn isn't open, moody is kinda short but there is a fun little playground area at the quarry. Or we could do bald mtn which is a pretty fun trail, longer drive for metro-area peeps though. Super close to my cabin though if someone wanted to come stay up there afterwards. It's getting chilly at night but we could try for another cabin meet and people can camp out on the property.

 

We need to go! I love fishing.

Between my buddy and I, we caught no joke over 10 fish.

Yeah, we do. Embarrassed to say we got our fishing licenses last year, new poles & reels, some gear at garage sales & then never got a chance to go. Sucks that the summer is slipping away & we haven't gone yet this year either. My mom got to go to a weekend fly fishing experience called Casting for Recovery & had a blast. Caught a giant ass rainbow for her first one too. Maybe one of these days I'll get to fish again.

 

so I mounted the antenna for the cb yesterday.

 

If your mom is up to it I would take you guys out, show you where to fish, help set your rigs up. Fall is great because the browns are spawning so they are aggressive, and the rainbows are hungry because of that.

 

Hmmm... we actually good some good news this week (first time in months) & she's feeling better. In fact her Oncologist referred to it as 'miraculous' & said others were going to want to know about it because she guesstimated she wouldn't still be here & her counts are still going down thanks to this new chemo cocktail. So yeah, she's feeling better & keeps wanting to go fly fishing again.

 

Off to explore St Marys!

Well, for this week, staying to local areas. Went up 7 mile today. Had two jump the highway on the way up, swerved, missed...
Saw 4 more on the way out with one just barely out of spots.
For next weekend and the following two weeks I'll be on Green Ridge looking for elk.

That was posted not to long ago. I believe Ost already got the rear bumper. Ost said he was a cool guy.

 

I want his fenders but 500$ I can go buy brand new and have them painted for that

 

500 is a good deal for glass. Especially if it's already same color as yours.
