Yeah I had a crabby baby. We do need to eat some ribs though. I think over the last two weeks and 12 slabs of ribs I've found that I like the mix between alder and pecan for them.

i bought some pecan on sale at cabelas two weeks back and love alder!! Im going to mix pecan and applewood this weekend on some yard bird and possibly bacon over top the chicken so it gets some smoke and drips onto the chicken

 

Nice! I tried burbon brothers last night. It was very good, a little on the expensive side. About $150 for the 4 of us but I would eat there again.

Nice I have a few bags of Apple I need to work in. Yeah my neighbor and I have been going crazy, we have been running both my smokers, and both his and my traegers non stop. It's not terrible that's for sure. I smoked a corned beef for corned beef and cabbage that was awesome.

I'm still a fan of the whole chickens for $6-$9 a bird they are epic.

I forget how much my whole chickens are from costco and sams club, i just know they come in two packs and i wanna say they are around 15 bucks for both.

Corned beef sounds awesome!! im gonna make up some pepperoni snack sticks and smoke them for an hour or so and then finish in the oven like i usually do here very soon!!

 

Yeah I've been buying them at sams. I was just breaking it down price per bird I need to get some of my deer on the smoker then toss it into the dehydrator. I need to try some of your pepperoni sticks.

 

Geez Devin and Phil be like..." I wonder if we can smoke that there articoke or maybe that cabbage or maybe that der road kill! "

Yesterday my front driver side turn signal stopped working and my rear signal is flashing at 2x the normal rate. I'm not sure why this happened.

 

Front bulb is bad.
The rapid blink is an indication that a bulb is out.
