    I keep one for pulling out cars. Most cars don't have hooks, they have loops. You'll need one of these cheapie straps to help them. If you plan on jerking, or pulling a heavy truck, look to a heavier duty version.

    I have one like that....its worked well for me pulling a few people out of snow....I pulled neighbor out and he was high centered.....

    There was some Mitsubishi stuck coming into our neighborhood last night...I got some sweats on / jacket and headed out to pull him up....he used some floormats and got unstuck at the last second.

    I think HD sells those for around $20 or so. I just need something for a "just in case" or need to help someone out.

    No kidding.

    Not to sound cliche but I like giving gifts more than receiving... and it's really just my daughter and GF I have to buy for.

    But in return I got a can of Bon Ami (so I can clean my tub/shower to my GF's satisfaction) and J Crew t-shirt, which is really nice.

    Much better option imo. I avoid anything with hooks as they come loose and fly into windows and stuff. Get a couple D rings and you'll be set.

    i got some cash from my mom but the one thing i received that really made me feel good was a wind chime on the bottom there is a wood piece inscribed with my stepbrothers name and a saying he used to say... He took his own life last March.... Its nice to have something to remember the good times we had together

    Oh I agree I love giving as well. My family gets a little crazy during the holidays for sure. The inlaws Side we do more cards and photo stuff. We asked people to not get us(my wife and I) gifts and just do things for our daughter. I think she now has every thing Disney made for the movie Frozen... My whole house is covered in frozen toys, I'll tell you a plus for me is they ALL sing!


    Sorry to hear about your bro, that was a very thoughtful gift. Lucky we have the wind all the time and you will be able to hear it all the time.
