    It's one thing for someone to share a photo vs claiming credit...I guess tagging isn't good enough.
    If the photographer wants others to ask permission - either don't share it on a public forum, or advise of the request...watermarks aren't good enough, apparently.

    EDIT: i can see both side's for sure, photographers are finicky people and either you share your stuff openly or are protective of it, I am very protective of only certain photos of mine. The 4x4 photos dont matter at all to me as i dont spend hardly any time in post processing on them anyways.

    Kind of off topic, but it's in the same line

    "The law says there is no expectation of privacy if someone is in a public place. As such, there is no legal reason to stop you from photographing another subject while you are in public. This can sometimes include photographing into the window of a store or home."

    private property is excluded - shopping centers included as private property. While one may do some recreational photographs/video, to take photos/video of the building designs, landscaping, etc is not in this category as it is private property that is open to the public.

    Copyright infringement for posting this? Its not mine, I'm not saying it is, it doesn't even have an author water mark. I'm sure Bob, that you've posted photos/memes that you didn't take/make and didn't photo credit the person who took/made it...how's this issue different? You were even initially tagged in the photos, which had your info on them...

    dev, I know it was i was just stating that watermarked photos usually arent considered for being stolen and usually other people dont try and take credit for them. I know sean wasnt trying to do either, just sharing the fun days photos.
