I'd say no. Just my opinion.

 

I kinda like it..

What did you do? what is the color?

I've thought about doing mine a bronzish. Ideally, if the pics are a good representation, I'd like a bit more tan and a bit less orange.

I'll, of course, be limited to what I can get in a cheap rattle can

Yes Plasti Dip. I did 3 coats of camo brown then 3 coats of copper metalizer. It was still wet when the photos were taken...I too hope it gets less "orange" I was going for a bronze look. The sun also didn't help. Figured it would be different then black lol. Maybe a black base color will make it darker.

 

I dig it. I saw a silver 4runner with sequoia wheels the other day that color. looked wicked awesome

 

I drove by a silver tundra with stock wheels and he did this. I liked it so figured why not. I am tired of the stock wheel color and its just plasti dip so I can take it off easy down the road.

I painted a set with duplicolor bronze wheel paint. A little less gold than most. Thought about going back to it. Too lazy to find the pics on my phone.

 

I see the appeal of it. Always thought bronze looked best on blue and black though and other colors just didn't quite do it for me

 

I always liked a white STI with bronze wheels.

 

White is a blank slate that almost anything compliments

I had a friend with a custom dark green with a hint gold flake four door Integra that looked great with bronze

 

You see the new AWD Focus RS is going to be 320+ hp/tq?

 

Is that a higher trim level than the ST?

 

I'm gonna take one for a spin around the gas pumps .
