No problem, was just researching them online and stumbled upon it, so I bought two sets.

 

The cover king site is finicky for a 2010 double cab. I need something on mine now nd this may be just the ticket

Is there any height difference when sitting on the spring ends? The taller one goes on the drivers side.

How much with shipping? I'm going to order some skids after bumpers, don't even know if skid row makes 4Runner stuff. Cheaper than bud builts?

 

As others suggested most (all the ones I've looked up anyway) of the districts have a road status page. I usually Google 'forest name road status' and go from there. They also have Motor Vehicle Use Maps (MVUM) that frequently give the dates of any seasonal closures. Dates are never guaranteed though, they're just targets.

Free shipping (well, sort of, ill explain further down) I was actually looking at the Bud Built for the price. I did like the Skid Row ones a lot better since they had a bit more design into them, more bracing, countersunk bolts, oil changing holes, and they also came powder coated (Bud Built's come bare). I went to 4WP the other day and randomly asked about skid plates and found out I can actually get them through them.

They were actually slightly cheaper through 4WP rather than direct on the website, plus I got military discount, AND free shipping. So for the front one it was about $281 but then was $261 with the discount (normally $306). Then I got the Tranny skid for $237 (which I have to double check to make sure they got right with the discount, normally $278). So yes, I got them cheaper than the Budbuilts.

Only stipulation with the free shipping was I was going to have to wait 1 to 2 months to get it. Which I was fine with since I didn't need them right away. Otherwise they said I could pay around $40 for shipping. Only problem with that is...I just got them today and it's only been a week. I figured they were just really efficient, but I noticed when I got home that I have a random $54 charge that I didn't have on my original receipt. So I think they charged me for shipping which is why they got here so quick.

So I'm going to go in tomorrow and get a refund for the shipping, because it clearly states on the receipt I wanted to wait.

 

That's a good deal for sure. That's why I was asking about shipping because I know you can get bud builts locally. They look awesome.
