I suppose that depends on how many trucks are waiting in line and how many times I go inside to get quarters. I haven't yet found an obvious place to insert quarters in this 400P but it somehow works anyway. :D

Interesting. I was looking at how similar the center sections of the bumper are. Winch plate and mounting bolts.

Lifting my buddy's 06 DC today. Still on the fence about the rear leafs and their "which side?" markings.
To recap, the - mark should be passenger side.
the () mark should be driver side.

But my friend sent this pic to Toytec. Which was a mistake imo, he should have simply asked, which spec spring is for driver. Instead Toytec shot back, "the taller one goes on driver side", after being told the taller one was the - spec pack....

I guess I have a 50/50 chance that I may be removing the rears and swapping sides. I would like to see actual facts on these things.

Now imo, after re-arching packs for the last 20 years, that slight 3/16" raise is inconsequential, could be simply an extra bit on the main leaf. So I'm going to place them as TW members have recommended, with - on passenger and () on driver.

Pederson fail. These were the original springs. Long story, but they had an AAL, and Pederson wouldn't sell the truck with it in there so they removed it.
They didn't bother to replace the center pin and also didn't bother to tighten it. Both side were like that.

New Dakars with a 4° shim. The () springs are on the Driver side, the - pack on the passenger side, sits level.

I posted in the other Colorado members thread, but was told to swing by over here. I'll just paste what I put over there. Looking forward to meeting some new people and getting out to some events.

I have been a little active on the forum so far (currently awaiting my Prinsu rack from the groupbuy), but havent posted in here. I also did a bit of research on here prior to picking up my '15 DCSB OR. I've owned more vehicles than I should've by my age but it looks like I'll be stuck with this one for a while. (famous last words)

I upgraded from a 98 XJ that was more capable than I was offroad, never was able to put it in a situation it couldnt handle, other than deep snow. I've been doing easier mods so far but hope to add some lighting and stuff once the roof rack gets here.

I am in the Lakewood/Golden area and look forward to getting out on some more trips this year. I've only been in CO a year now from Florida and loving the outdoors which was why I moved here. I was a bit limited in the trip range of the XJ since the rattles and shakes of a Jeep got old after a few hours of driving so I am looking forward to getting out farther to other states.

I like doing my own mods and work, but living in an apartment with no usable garage has slowed my progress on many things. But I am always happy to lend a hand to others who need help with projects.

    My stunning '96 1st gen, My younger brother's 2012, Troy's 2006.

The 2012 has 884's with a top spacer and the AAL in the rear. Stock bumpers aside from the brush guard
2006 has 886's, no spacer, with the Dakar pack. ARB bumper and a 9K winch.

Hard to see with the glare, the 06 looks a little taller, could be the flairs. Both trucks are running 265/75-16.

Hope you guys don't mind me posting all this, I figure truck pics are always fun to look at.
