    bumper looks great nick!! is it touching your fender? i only ask because most companies want a gap for frame flex, i have about a 1/4 inch gap between my bumper and the fender where yours looks like its touching.

    It is touching on the back side of the fender, I still have some adjustments to do. It was pointing a little downward and to the driver side when I first installed, was able to get it centered. going to shim it a bit with some washers. Not looking forward to pulling it off again!

    I used a hydrolic lift cart to do most of the heavy lifting, but was still a PITA! Had to ask my wife for help!

    yes mine is very light compared to steel but remember we had the winch installed and lights :D that adds some weight to it ha ha ha i just remember fighting with the bolts, once tight it would shift up on the one side.
