I guess the real question would be how is the parts store using the terms OE and OEM

I've always used/understood oem to describe a part to be made for the application and the manufacturer of the part is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. From my inderstanding, parts stores started calling things OE for Original Equipment but not by the original manufacturer as a way to muddy the water between cheaper parts. I got some axles that say OEM on the boxes and they looked identical. They were too cheap however to be quality of toyota oem axles. I kept the stockers instead of the core charge return. I don't trust it is oem unless you buy from a certified dealer of said parts. I think it also helps keep dealer parts priced higher

Rochelle has too many errands for me to come heckle. I got that mobilinkd bluetooth tnc for the baofeng to do aprs and I found out you can send messages with aprs via text and email though limited to 64 characters. Read that book this week there is a testing a session next weekend
