Not likely. But you may be able to find a trail gear tube style for closer to that. Call Scotty at addicted off-road in Fort Collins.

Oh hidy ho officer, we've had a doozy of a day. There we were minding our own business, just doing chores around the house, when kids started killing themselves all over my property.

I spoke to Scotty, he told me that tube style didnt look good on a 2nd gen which seemed strange to me and he basically said im SOL when it comes to that price range which is fine but it confuses me how a tube style can cost the same as a plate but im no fabricator so im no one to talk i guess.

Yeah, I had that small leak before, still have it, but now the moaning... I'll try cleaning the screen, if not I guess I'll replace the rack first then the pump... they have 170k miles on them so can't be too mad

that's what I was thinking... so maybe I'll do just the opposite... pump first then rack... if the screen cleaning doesn't help.

    Decals or badges?

Decals: get the 3M decal eraser wheel for your drill

Badges: Heat (90 CO direct sun works well) then just peel them off. Goo Gone, elbow grease, wash, clay bar, polish, wax.

My guess is the cost will be more because of custom fab. You might try InSain Fab if you can wait a bit. They are small and a bit tied up right now but they have some unique designs.

The problem with tubing is getting the bends and angles correct without wasting material. Scotty is really good but I'm sure it's much easier to plasma cut plate out of a template.

Because there is more to it then just bent tube. Notching on different angles is some of the hardest things to be done on tube bumpers. You only have one shot to get it right. A custom bumper plate or tube will cost you. Now with a tube bumper with a winch is even more just because there is a lot of adjustments being made for that. You can always look around online for a already made one. There are a lot of 2nd gen tube bumpers that I've seen and they look awesome. To be honest Insain was a big help to helping me with my custom design. But like gramps said they are tied up at the moment. I'm pretty sure they will get back to you as soon as they can. It's been late nights over there. They are hard workers.
Another thing about tube bumpers they are not made over night. Most tube bumpers are special order. So most fab shops are going to need a few weeks to fab up and get shipped to you. There are cookie cutter bumpers out there for cheap. Good luck and I hope you find what your looking for.
