Yeah I've been wanting the USMC plate but I just keep putting it off. I might as well get them January when I get the tags.

j/k Thank you for your service!

    ...and you as well sir.

Get on those plates! The county needs your monies!!

Damn, that's a lot of winch for $1k. Makes my 12k Home Depot special look pretty good though for $300ish as long as it lasts. Now to get a synthetic line for it...

But Ost you have to actually use your winch. It will last forever if you never use it. :p #mallcrawlerFTW!

You should run Red Cone with us on Sunday. Guaranteed to take your breath away!

    What haven’t I changed?
First because of the scenery, then because of the altitude, and finally, because of any mountain goats if you harass them enough.

Red cone -> radical hill (mtn goats there ) -> middle fork (or some other ) is the way to go....

did red cone yesterday, my dad (first time offroad really) had enough after red cone alone!

I'd upload some pictures but my phone isn't cooperating

Red cone sounds pretty sweet but I don't want any body damage. I'll have to wait to experience that one until I get a lift and some armor.

I ran Red Cone for the first time about a month ago. A nice headcut has formed on the end of there trail where you start the descend via switchback. That was probably the only scary part of the trail, in my opinion. Gets a little heady when you watch your tire dip into an eroded out trail with a near vertical drop out your drivers side window.

So you were actually on Webster Pass coming back down toward 285?

I'm not too familiar with the area, but we never did Webster Pass. The spot I'm describing is just after the last steep descend of Red Cone where it opens up. You can turn right to continue on to Webster Pass (i think?) or you can turn left and keep going down a small segment of switchback to exit the trail.

The Redcone trail ends at the top of Webster pass.

If you took a left and went back out to 285, you went down Webster.

So I have no armor, no sliders, no winch, no bumpers, and no balls. Should I hold off on Red Cone?
