    yeah, I know. Front wheel bearings replaced in March decided they don't want to play anymore. I can't get them replaced (under warranty) until the 4th of January.

    ha they were trout no gold fish, the mud is on the dash though from playing hitting puddles with the windows down ha ha the woman and pups got speckled as well :goingcrazy:

    adding up the $$$$ and time I have spent on the ifs repairs (granted it has high mileage, and consider I have replaced everything but the spindles) I could have had a diamond axle under there by now.
    I just need it to make it through the winter. We'll see what happens in the spring.

    I think it may be aftermarket bearing problems. I had Toyota parts installed on the rear axle, all good there. I went aftermarket on some of the front end and it didn't turn out well.

    I took it to my mechanic yesterday, showed him the play. Could be a bad hub, on both sides. Could be a wallowed out spindle, on both sides. Or it could simply be shitty bearings. They did the work in house and said they didn't notice any slop when pressing in the new ones so I'm leaning/hoping it's just the bearings.
