Bought a new blu ray player yesterday. I had no idea they could stream from the interwebs.
This is a game changer for sure.

Most now can play movies shared over a network from a computer. My older Bluray player has trouble playing 1080p movies over wireless but if I wired it into the home network it had no problems. Newer ones probably dont have that issue.

Nah, I never really got into video games. But apparently it will stream PS games, I don't know that much about that part.
    Sony BDP S6500
This is my first wireless. My old unit was "pausing" during playback at random moments and i had a few discs it wouldn't play. The new one is SOOO much faster and plays everything so far.
I've been patching my Chrome Book into the TV to watch Netflix, Imagine my surprise when it popped up on the screen through the Blu Ray. :yay:

Nice! That's a pretty complicated flavor profile too. Can't wait to get my equipment out of storage and brewing again.

Yes, just try to keep it from dragging on the seal when your putting it in, wiggle it around while you put it in to make sure the splines line up and push it in. Sometimes it snaps in easier than others. Make sure you hear/feel the click of it snapping in completely.

@lotsoftoys describes some special technique where he "holds it just right and whacks it at the same time" or something like that :D

Whacked it with the rubber mallet. Didn't hear a snap but it looks like I got it in. What you guys think.

I'd say that should be good, it wont usually go flush. Try pulling on it and make sure its seated. Only pull on the inner most section. :)

Looks like you got it Ray! I always try to position the C clip so the opening is down and also coat the splines in gear oil.

Avoid hitting it with a metal hammer. Destroys the threads every time. Ask me how I know.
