I think that's just a Colorado thing... Because I see it all the time. True, quite a bit of it is the HS kids since I'm only a few blocks away, but I've definitely seen more than just HS kids doing it.

I'd still rather clear 3" five times than 15" once. Unless it's powder, but that never happens down here. But nothing like a good storm to make you consider that snow blower. Speaking of clearing, I guess it's time for the next round.

What I find weird is a CDOT plow pulled him out. He was down in the ditch more and the plow hooked up to him. Which I thought they couldn't do and at least pulled him back up in the road. But then the guy couldn't figure out how to turn back around.

There's wrecked and rolled cars everywhere. Two almost took us out on the way home yesterday.

Why shovel three times when you can just shovel once?

Best part about it is the street is clear. The only reason they were stuck is because they either

    A. couldn't pull out of the driveway straight
    or
    B. were too lazy to shovel a little bit more of the street side to clear a path.

Combined with your picture that's priceless. Pull him back up there, then leave him in the middle blocking traffic and just drive away. Plow driver probably just wanted to keep people off his ass for a while.

Man it's really coming down out there right now. Thought I'd be shoveling a couple of inches since I just did it about three hours before, instead it was as much as the first time this morning. And then I had to do it again for the half inch that fell while I was doing that!

I had to make and send this to my dad this morning. Surprisingly I couldn't find one with a quick image search. Figured I'd post here for posterity.
