How does this happen if only one party is involved in this decision making? I thought being in a relationship was a two way street? Did the rules change in 2016 and will it get worse if Trump becomes the President?

Roofers sound like they are gonna come through the roof at any time. Tear off is done, lots of pounding and slamming now.

 

This was my decking when we had our roof replaced

Mine actually looks good, nothing needs replaced. I got lucky.
There was some concern as my roof had two layers of shingles. The first layer was organic, the house is 36 years old, and they were covered by fiberglass. So there was some speculation that they may have been decomposing on the roof.
It's all new now, paper, flashing, caps, vents, gutters and 30 year shingles. I'll be in a nursing home before it needs done again.

 

We weren't that fortunate

 

Saw this little gem yesterday while walking the dog. Full roll cage, A pillers, dash bar, etc.

 

Did it look like there was any other mods done to it?

 

Recaro's with a gutted interior was all I saw. And a few fishing poles.

 

Im just impressed that you dont have a little red wagon you sit in and have archer just drag you around!

 

That always makes me wonder about what is under the hood... that could be a wicked sleeper

 

The old roof, which actually didn't look bad on the South side, but the North side was a bit ragged, which is why I went for it, missing shingles on that side too, and needed new gutters anyway.

Not entirely sure I like the color. And I chose it. Prolly look better with the gutters and the mess cleaned up.
