Damn it...

 

My wife's FJ got her to work just fine. So far, most of her coworkers have called in with the "Too Sissy Flu". C'mon, people. You LIVE HERE! Grow a pair and get out there!

I just hope the pilots that are supposed to fly me back home from Texas tomorrow don't get the same symptoms.

 

Somehow it is sunny and warm here. Colorado-go figure.

Depends on my truck situation. Would love to, but we will see.

 

My boss told me to "come in when I feel like it" well, maybe I won't feel like coming in until tomorrow...

coming down like a mother fer here at the office and the boss says "I figured you would be one of the shits that would make it there in this weather", winds are no joke but I am still here and will make it home when I feel like it think of the mud being the snow in this case...

 

I'm just glad that some businesses and schools are closing. It took me 2 hours to get to work last Friday and I live 13 miles away...no good excuse for that.

 

I'm starting to hear that a lot of the major highways in the Denver metro area are closed to anyone who does not have chains or 4WD

I tried to go to work, I made it a mile and turned around, some of the worst conditions I've seen. At the first light I got to you couldn't even see the colors, completely covered in snow. Then where the road split with a median people were going onto the wrong side of it. On my way back 3 cars came head on at me at that same spot, I flashed them and 2 drove over the median and the third spun out. After shoveling her out I drove home. Fuck all that, that was within about 2 miles.

 

I work later today supposed to close, we will see if I get a call not to go in today , I work retail so they will stay open as long as they can. not to mention its Cabela's so most, if not all our customers have 4X4 vehicles and or winter gear!

 

So do you get a good deal on things

 

Made it to work on time, didn't have any issues. I took the back streets for the most part. Pulled one car out, told them to go home. Stuck here all day because the power is still on.

 

Last day at work, and they are trying to nickle and dime me to death......

Luckily I told them nah, show in the employee handbook or The form I signed that I have to pay it back......

Depends what it is, pro deals and pro forms are usually the best! Going direct to the company. Some offer good deals some don't and some make it nearly impossible to order anything or you wait 6 months. It does make it hard to take a pay check home every two weeks. Between shooting and the group buy section on here I'm in trouble.
