Got my summertime "adventure" rig put back together, rear seats are gone once again. Fly rods, waders, net, wading boots, alpacka packraft, splash gear, werner powerhouse paddle, life vest, etc. Molle pouches are filled with a bunch of different stuff, PLB, binoculars, fly boxes, first aid kit, tp, paper towels, baby wipes and a bunch of other crap

20% weaker units, smaller CV's and shafts. not worth the 1K it will cost you to "upgrade".

Was that the 720 photo from the phone of the better res from the sd card? It does not look that great of a pic zoomed in so i dont know.

 

It's from the phone. It's better than a 720 grabbed from video but it's not going to take the kind of photos you'd get from an slr or anything.
Need a $10k drone carrying an slr for that

 

Jake what does it matter. Your pile is still a pile whether it's a clear shot or blurry.

 

Because its not that great of a picture so i was just hoping it was better. I want to be able to see you flipping me off from 800ft

 

Just wondering if the photos saved on the drone were better then that one or if that was it.

Actual size is about ~5mb at 4000x3000 pixels. Bob's not gonna let us upload pics that size.

When I upload it from my computer, it gets resized to 164kb at 800x600 pixels.

That's why you can't zoom in on it.

No i just wanted to see how good that thing can take pictures.

 

I have an auto locker in the front and would like to keep the driveshaft from spinning. Are they really that much weaker? I figured everything would be the same except the hub end. I'm assuming that's where they fail?

 

With an auto locker you pretty much need manual hubs.
I've heard of the weaker thing but not really sure if it's all that much. The hub design is a full floater so even if the shaft is smaller the torque is only rotational and not load bearing.
But I could be wrong.
