I have those exact tires. I don't have a whole lot of off road use with them yet. I ran fins and things in Moab without any issues and did a snow run up Yankee. They seemed to perform better than the other 2 rigs I was with. I'm not sure what tire/size they have.

They are way better than the worn out 295 terra grapplers I had. Wish I would have had these from new to really get a good comparison.

Gonna be in Buena Vista for a wedding May 21st. Anything worth checking out around then? I'll have babyt running strong and ready to hit some dirt again. We are trying to get the my gf's father to bring her dirt bike up for her too. Probably won't run it that weekend but she might be eager if there is a good area.

Those will all be buried in snow until Mid to late July probably.

Chinamans is an awesome trail just outside of BV and it's open most of the year.

Quick question for everyone. When I got my lift, wheels, and tires, I only got 4 wheels/tires due to cost as well and the fact that I don't have a way of lifting the truck off the ground high enough to actually change a tire if I got a blow out.

So my question is how common is it to blow out a tire on a trail? Do you guys carry anything (that liquid tire sealer stuff, maybe?) while on the trails, other than a spare? Or should I just save up and get a spare and high lift jack? I'm not worried about around town - just up on trails when I finally have enough time to go this summer.

to many to list, check the build thread
get a hi lift, with the hi lift jack mate or you are stuck using the jack in the center rear hitch receiver. you could also get rock sliders and have a jack point from just rearward of the front tire all the way to the forward of the rear wheel. Hi lifts are great if you have armor to jack from but on a stock truck you really only have the receiver and the jack mate which puts hooks into the wheels to jack from. Get a used cheap 285 and put it on your spare, thats what i did

carry a couple wide blocks of wood for the time being and your bottle jack will work in certain spots.
