The la folie is my favorite sour though. I'd drink the Oscars that they use to make it if I could

Yeah that's it! La Folie. I always forget the name for some reason. Used to love Fat Tire, and I still like 1554. But I feel like a lot of their other beer tastes generic now.

oscar worthy coffee is my favorite sour beer on the planet. La Folie is 2nd, and closely followed by Anderson Valley blood orange gose. Yes I've toured NB way to many times to keep count. Ive got a private tour from the lead sour brewer Eric Salazar as well :D Sour beers are my favorite and why i try and attend the sour event avery brewing puts on every year.

if you want a list of great sours shoot me a PM. Wes, Andy, you can probably come to a sour tasting event my buddy is putting on coming up soon if you wish since your down near me

Barrel aged stouts and porters are my number 1 but sours are a close second. So YEAH, let me know when and where! If I can I'll definitely be there! Fyi this month or next Dry Dock will be releasing their aged sour Apricot Blonde in 6 packs I think. They had a test batch on tap a while back and it was damn good!!

There was one I found called Nightmare last year. Limited edition, I don't remember the name of the brewery though. That was amazing!

Also Rally King in FoCo had an awesome sour too! I forget the name of the beer, but it was great!

andy, it was a very very limited release that you could only get at the "LOST IN THE WOODS" event the past 2 years, and if you were lucky at were at the brewery when they had it on the limited tap. I wanted to fill a growler of it last time i was at the brewery and they told me NO WAY!! I even said hey, I'm used to spending the big bucks for you to fill it with la folie so whats the problem, they still said NO WAY. That was also the same day i got the private tour by eric because we were BSing with one of the fabricators that works up there.

Ive got a keg of apricot blond in the kegerator right now, and am curious to try the sour apricot blond!!

Wes, Andy, ill ask my buddy if i can forward the invite to you guys!

Well this could get interesting. I forgot how well the 3.4 rips at 9 psi. Should run better with some more fuel.

You use that when you run bigger injectors? Or will it control a 7th injector?

Bigger. I had/have the URD 6 injectors kit. The split second box died a while back and this will replace it.

I guess you could use an output to control the 7th but not ideal.
