Am I just the Confucius of the era or does everyone else see that this country and/or planet is doomed...

I just got my hand slapped for posting something (not on here) that was just a little playful banter with Jeep jackwagons. College students have "safe areas" where they can discuss their traumatized feelings over sidewalk chalk, mathematicians get reported as terrorists because they are working on a damn math equation instead of using the calculator on their phone, for some reason we have a whole booming industry for people who make up fake news and spread it around to even dumber people who believe it and then spread it further... De-evolution is here and real! Its not the zombies we need to worry about.

Oh boy haha. So I'm assuming that will be the case for Taylor Park Reservoir also? Was planning to hit Tincup and then crash there for the night

The flatlands should be fine, its just the upper sections of the pass will be covered in snow for so long.

So I got a much better price on the re-gear and locker install from Chris at Edge auto...he was just under $1600 for an estimated 16 hours of labor. Unfortunately he's booked up till after Moab.:annoyed:

Chris suggested Al at Colorado Axle and Gear, so I'm waiting for a call back from them now. :fingerscrossed:

And it's only 5 hours away, so you can get back out there anytime. If you haven't been out there, once you get out there, you'll want to go back a few times a year, so you'll have another chance. I've spent 3 weeks or so out there so far this year.

Yes, that's with me providing parts. If I wait till after Moab then I'll def save the cash and do it myself. It'll just take me a lot longer.

I've accepted that it's probably not gonna happen at this point. I know there's plenty there to keep me entertained without lockers...its just that I have everything right here and am anxious to be on 4.56s gears.
