No it was all the nos stickers and the turbo decal that gave it the power, that folgers can exhaust added about 137 HP alone

2am departure in Texas, Rampart Reservoir for the night of the 14th. 15th hit Dakan/Hidden Valley and then to Den to pick my dad up from the airport. Find a place to crash. 16th Goose Creek toward Tincup, Tincup Pass to Taylor Park Reservoir for the night. Then blast over toward Grand Junction to take Sheep Creek into Moab trails. Moab for 17th-20th.

    Thats the general plan lol

I'm not for sure, but guessing they plow Cottonwood pass. That will most likely be your only access to Taylor Park form that side that time of year.

Nope but should be open by June

Cottonwood Pass in Chaffee/Gunnison Counties in Southwestern Colorado (maintained by Gunnison County Public Works)
    • The pass is typically closed from November to May. For more information call 970-641-0044.

I was looking at that but wasn't sure with weather. Also just taking CR162 into Tincup and going straight up to Taylor.

I knew it was closed in the winter, but figured it should be open way before Tin Cup.

This drift was on Tin Cup July 4th weekend 2014:

The way it's looking up here, I'm still betting August opening.

I looked and most places showed June opening. With the late winter I was curious how things would fair for this June trip. I am going no matter what, the route just depends on the weather. Attempting to do an East to West with as much offroad as I can. Didn't want to waste the drive on hardball.

With my job I don't have the luxury of changing dates. My work dates are set 6+ months out. An extension of time home would put me on standby and could be out of work for a few months waiting for a slot. Planned on a June trip last August, just wasn't sure where. Now I am dragging my dad along for 5 days for a boys only fathers day weekend of wheeling

Understand, this is best source I know for when snow clears from trails. It is updated regularly as people hit the trails. Plus you can go look at 2015 data (Also a late winter) to see when trails were clear.

Yes. Be gentle with it. What are you running for intake?
