A maiden once recited those words.

The truck had about 6" on it. Fuck the snow in North Denver. The snows on the Foothills and in Littleton for 3+ years, were never this bad.

Once i get the skids, should I just go ahead and get new 886 springs or will i be good until i add the bumper?

Bob or anyone else, What CB do you have? Do you like it? Im finally gonna pick one up, just doing a little research now.

Seems those cobra handheld ones are popular. 151 or smth? I was curious as well, need to get mahself a CB.

I don't think you'd *need* the heavier springs for just skids. Definitely for a bumper/winch tho.

If you're planning on going with heavier springs, it shouldn't be a big deal for short term. Some dude ran stock springs w/an ARB and I think he said it took almost a year before the sag got really bad.

i have the midland 75...my build page has a pic of it installed

i love it...it's hardwired in to keep the wire exposure to a minimum and the midlands allow you to detach the mic and put a battery and antenna on it to convert it to a handheld as well...same price as the cobra 75s too i believe..

you should be fine with the 885s until the bumper goes on...
