    is it difficult?

    EDIT: Would a 'little wil" wilson antenna be easier/better? I dont have a clue about CBs, just what ive read on the forum and people seem to like firestick antennas.

    I have a cobra 75 with a 4' firestik. It's very convenient and concealed, but I do wish I had the option to detach it and turn it into a portable hand held. IIRC my cb is tuned to 1.2~1.3 swr

    Brother in law got one we tried to get it in tune for a few hours before we gave up on it.

    It might be that he just had a cheap CB like mine from Radio shack and a tunable Antenna or it could just be that we dont know how to tune things lol

    niice...i'm waiting til breck opens to venture to that side of the pass...i hate crowds

    always wanted to try tele, but i don't think my knees would appreciate that
