My neighbor is German and I hear him barking, "nein!" to his dog all the time.

Thanks for planting that image in my head.

That was a reply ban, which was intentional. ;)

    Two questions:

Once you get suspension lifted, do you have to get an alignment every year or every time you put new rubber on?
Once the truck has a lift on it, if you add additional weight - bumpers, winch...etc. Do you have to get it alignment again?

Anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to pull the CVs on a 2nd gen?

I've spent a few hours with a pry bar on these buggers and can't get enough out.

CVs are held in place with a compression ring that snaps into place in a groove inside the diff. Once you get that little ring to compress a little bit the axle will slide right out without a problem. It usually just takes one good "pop" to get it out. Prying doesn't usually work, you need some sort of impact or slam. If you plan on getting rid of the axle and putting in a new one you can just yank on the axle and that normally works right away but sometimes you risk tearing the boot open so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on keeping the axle.

If your prybars have hammer caps on the end like mine you can just put the end of the prybar on the back face of the Axle and Smack it real quick with a hammer and it should pop out

Sorry man, that was just a follow up to another post, quoted from elsewhere on the web.
I thought it was PG13 for the most part. :p
