Also, you are under no compulsion whatsoever to rat on someone who was driving a vehicle registered to you.

So what about if i got a parking ticket at school on the school parking lots? They dont know who I am but do have the license plate stuff. They even scare you and will double it if i dont pay it in 30 days

Mine was a special case, this particular individual disliked me and wanted to make my life difficult. I knew I had a good shot that if i called his bluff, i could get away with not paying it and really stick it to him. However, if it came down to it, i had the money and was prepared to suck it up and pay if he succeeded in "big-dicking" me
