    Alright peeps I have been reading up on the Firestik antenna, it states the tip is tunable. Anyone has expertise on this area? Also I was reading some type of wave meter can be used to even tune further. Anyone wants to let me borrow a meter in next few weeks? :hattip:

    Better to ask what I have not done.
    Yes its a little screw stud on the top that you adjust up and down to tune and you have a swr meter to tell you what you are at. So you adjust the stud to a length that you get a good reading on both extremes of your radios channels. For instance channel one and channel 40 are my extremes because that how many channels i have.
